Slade Baker Memorial Crawfish Cook-Off || 2023

We're Back!

Are you ready to eat some mud bugs, compete for the title championship and enjoy LIVE MUSIC on the big stage?

This event, honoring the life of former firefighter Slade Baker, will raise proceeds for local scholarship recipients entering the fire academy.

🦞Crawfish Teams🦞

Teams will face-off for the Championship Title Trophy and a cash prize! Other awards include People's Choice, Best Team Name and Most Creative Side Dish.

The teams will be provided with the crawfish, water and a standard 10x12 space. All seasonings and sides are provided by the team.

🎟 Attendees 🎟

Those attending will be able to purchase tickets to the Crawfish Courtyard allowing access to all-you-can-eat crawfish and fixin's! Proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to the scholarship fund. Those without tickets can enjoy live music and the kids corner at no cost.

Crawfish is available while supplies last.

📢 Raffle Items and Silent Auction 📢

There will be a silent auction and several raffle items available inside SMI. To donate towards the auction please contact Lea (lea@deadcatmedia.com).

🏆 Cornhole Tournament 🏆

Teams will compete for 50/50 payout for first place and a $200 payout for second. Entry is $50 per person.
